Counselling & Coaching Important Information
I offer two distinct professional services: counselling and coaching. While both services are supportive, they are different in focus and purpose.
Counselling provides emotional and psychological support, helping you explore thoughts, feelings and past or present difficulties in a therapeutic way.
Coaching is non-therapeutic and focuses on personal development, confidence, boundaries and moving forward with clarity and intention.
To ensure support is offered ethically and appropriately, all clients are invited to book a 60-minute initial assessment, where we will explore your needs and decide whether counselling or coaching is the most suitable option. In some cases, counselling may be recommended before coaching.
