Simple, supportive steps to get started
Starting counselling doesn’t need to feel complicated. Here’s what you can expect.
Step 1 – Book a consultation
Choose a time that works for you and we’ll meet online for a relaxed 15 minute call to talk through what you’re looking for and answer any questions.
Step 2 – Your first session
In your first session, we gently explore what’s bringing you to counselling. There’s no pressure — you decide what feels comfortable to share.
Step 3 – Ongoing support
Sessions are 50 minutes and offered weekly or fortnightly. Together, we work at your pace to help you feel steadier, clearer and more like yourself again.
