Counselling may be helpful if you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck anxious, low in mood, or struggling with life events such as loss, relationship difficulties or ongoing stress. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek counselling. Many people come because they want a safe, confidential space to talk and better understand themselves. This is something we decide together. During the 60-minute initial assessment, we explore what has brought you to see support, your current needs, and what would be most appropriate. In some cases, counselling may be recommended before coaching to ensure support is offered safely and ethically.

The initial assessment is a 60-minute session where we talk in depth about your reasons for seeking support, your background, and what you hope to gain. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. Following this session, we decide together whether counselling or coaching is the best for you.

Yes. the initial assessment is required before counselling or coaching. This ensures that the support offered is appropriate, ethical, and tailored to your needs.

Yes, I offer two distinct services: counselling and women’s empowerment coaching. While both supportive, they differ in focus and purpose. Counselling is therapeutic and focuses on emotional wellbeing and psychological support, while coaching is non-therapeutic, and focuses on personal development, confidence, boundaries and moving forward with clarity.

Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings and emotional experiences, including anxiety, trauma, bereavement and low mood. It may involve exploring past and present experiences at your pace.

Coaching is future focused and empowering. It supports personal growth, confidence, identity, boundaries and life direction, helping you move forward with intention and clairty. Coaching does not replace counselling or mental health support.

Sessions take place online via a secure and confidential platform. You will need a private space, a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Online sessions allow flexibility and accessibility, and many clients find them just as supportive as face-to-face sessions.

Research and client experience shows that online counselling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many people. What matters most is the quality of the therapeutic relationship and having a space where you feel safe, heard and understood.

Yes. Confidentiality is taken very seriously. Everything shared in the sessions remain confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions, such as of there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others. Availability varies, but aim to offer initial assessment as soon as possible. You can check current availability by booking a free 15-minute discovery call. I aim I also offer a free 15-minute consultation before booking, which gives you a chance to ask any questions and decide whether you would like counselling.

Yes. I offer online counselling and coaching across the U.K, allowing you to access support wherever you are, as long as you have a private space and reliable internet connection.

All sessions are delivered online. Payment is required 48 hours in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session.
