If your distress increases between sessions, you are welcome to email me and I will respond as soon as possible during working hours.

However, email should not be used for emergencies.

You don’t have to cope alone

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but help is available. If you are unsure who to contact, calling NHS 111 or Samaritans is a good first step.
